Terms and conditions are subject to change. Please refer to your service agreement for final and updated terms.
BEFORE THE EVENT
We’ll begin setup one hour before your event to ensure that everything is perfect for your special event. Flixs Of You LLC guarantees that the Photo Booth will operate for at least 90% of the time, with only brief interruptions for when necessary. Your event is in good hands!
PAYMENTS
DEPOSITS: To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount is based on your selected package: $75 for Uniquely You, $100 for First Class You, and $150 for Top Notch You. Please note that your date will only be secured upon receipt of the deposit.
FINAL BALANCE: The final balance is due 5 days prior to your event. Failure to provide full payment by this deadline will result in the decline of service and your deposit will be forfeited.
Additionally, for the Uniquely You and First Class You packages, if the rental period exceeds the time specified in your service agreement, an additional fee of $75 per hour will be incurred, payable at the conclusion of the event. If this payment is not received, your credit card will be charged, plus an additional 20% fee.

Wedding/Corporate Events we offer idle time at $100 per hour
PHOTO BOOTH OPERATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Client (you) will arrange for appropriate accommodations for the Photo Booth at the event's venue. Our booth requires:

Power that is within 10-15 ft from the photo booth's placement

Standard electrical outlet: 110V, 5 amps, 3 prong outlet

Minimum 8x8 space

OUTDOORS: If your event is outdoors, a covered area is required. In the event of unfavorable weather the booth will be disengaged and services will be considered rendered. If your rental includes a backdrop, it must be placed against a wall for safety reasons. Failure to meet these requirements or any willful bypass will result in the client assuming full financial and legal responsibility for any damages incurred by event guests.

We reserve the right to decline events held outdoors without shade or cover due to equipment damages caused by heat, wind and/or rain.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
We understand that things happen. However, there are no refunds for cancellations or reschedules.
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel our service, please notify us in writing at flixsofyou@gmail.com as soon as the decision to cancel is made.
RESCHEDULE: If you wish to reschedule our service for another date in the future, please notify us in writing at flixsofyou@gmail.com at least 15 days prior to the original event date. Your deposit and any payments made will be held as a credit towards a future event that must be within 12 months of the original event date, otherwise all deposits and payments will be forfeited. Please Note: Changes are subject to our availability and new rates will apply if applicable.
DAMAGE TO PROVIDER'S EQUIPMENT
Client acknowledges that they shall be responsible for any damages or loss to the provider's equipment caused by any malicious intent, theft or gross negligence by the client, invitees, guests, affiliates, friends, family members or any other persons hired by the client in connection with the event. Damages will be billed to the client in full or in part for the cost of ay repairs or replacements, including insurance deductibles and may be up to 10 times the original rental cost. As such and for liability purposes, children under the age of 13 must not operate the Photo Booth under any circumstances.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
If Flixs Of You LLC (provider) is unable to render service on the date of your event, we will notify you as soon as possible and will make every effort to secure a replacement rental company. If a suitable replacement is not found within 48 hours of our cancellation notice, you will be refunded all payments received for the event. In cases where the printer becomes inoperable, the photo sessions will continue without the prints and you will receive copies of all the print images via mail within 30 days of the event. In the unforeseen event that our equipment becomes inoperable and the provider is unable to continue rendering service, we will return payments received for the amount of time not serviced calculated by half-hour increments.
DIGITAL SERVICE LIABILITY
Our booth relay on stable wireless connectivity that is not within our full control in certain locations/venues.

If the internet connection cannot be established, we will continue sessions and upload videos once connection is secure and/or within 24-48 hours of your event.
INDEMNIFICATION
Client agrees to and understands the following:

Client will indemnify provider against any and all liability related to client's event during or after client's event. Client will indemnify provider from the time of service and into the future, against any liability associated with client.

Client will identify provider against any and all liability associated with the use of pictures taken within the Flixs Of You LLC, its representatives, employees or affiliates at clients event.
PUBLICATION OF PHOTO RELEASE
At Flixs Of You LLC, we understand that some clients may prefer to keep their event photos private. Therefore, you have the option to decline the publication of photos release. If you wish to exercise this option, please notify us in writing at flixsofyou@gmail.com. If we do not receive such notification, all guests using the Photobooth grants Flixs Of You LLC the right to copyright and publish any photos taken (digital, print or video) during the event for promotion and advertising on our social media accounts and/or website. Additionally, our staff may capture photos or videos throughout the event for marketing and promotional use.
